R&D Capabilities

Structured technical development for modern beverage categories.

Every project is developed around a defined brief, target market, packaging route and commercial objective.

Customer-specific developmentEach formula is developed for the individual project. We do not provide generic white-label recipes.
  • Confidential project handling
  • Controlled formula ownership
  • Defined approval stages

Technical Briefing

We define the product concept, market position, flavour profile, functionality, packaging and technical constraints.

Formula Creation

Sweeteners, acids, flavours, colours, vitamins, fibres, extracts and functional compounds are selected and balanced.

Sample Evaluation

Samples are prepared for tasting, comments and agreed refinement rounds through the controlled project workflow.

Industrial Transfer

Approved concepts are prepared for scale-up, product specifications, packaging coordination and production planning.

Development Workflow

Six controlled stages from brief to production readiness.

The process keeps technical decisions, customer feedback and approval responsibilities visible.

01

Project Submission

Company, trademark, product concept and target-market details are submitted.

02

Feasibility Review

Commercial, technical, ingredient and packaging requirements are assessed.

03

Formula Development

The R&D team creates the initial formula according to the agreed brief.

04

Sample Preparation

Samples are produced and dispatched for structured customer evaluation.

05

Refinement & Approval

Feedback is reviewed and the formula is refined until final approval.

06

Scale-Up Preparation

Specifications and production requirements are prepared for industrial implementation.

Technical Building Blocks

Every formula is built from coordinated technical systems.

Ingredient selection depends on product category, process conditions, shelf-life target, regulatory market and sensory profile.

Flavours & ExtractsNatural and nature-identical flavours, botanical extracts and infusion systems
Sweetening & AciditySugar, reduced-sugar and zero-sugar systems with controlled acid balance
Functional IngredientsVitamins, minerals, fibres, amino acids and selected wellness ingredients
Colour, Stability & CarbonationColour systems, pH targets, stability considerations and carbonation profile
SENSORYTaste & AromaFlavour identity, sweetness, acidity, aroma and mouthfeel
FUNCTIONALActive SystemIngredient dosage, compatibility and intended product positioning
TECHNICALProduct ParameterspH, carbonation, colour and process compatibility targets
COMMERCIALMarket ReadinessPackaging, MOQ, ingredient availability and production-route considerations
Beverage Categories

R&D support across multiple beverage platforms.

Each category is assessed individually according to formulation complexity and production requirements.

Commercial Framework

Clear terms before laboratory work begins.

Development scope, sample rounds, timelines and production transition are confirmed before the project starts.

Development Fee

Standard beverage recipe development is charged at €5,000 unless a different written scope is agreed.

Payment Terms

Development services are payable 100% in advance before work begins.

Initial Sample Timeline

Typical initial sample preparation is approximately 6–8 weeks, subject to workload and ingredient availability.
