The Return – Pale Ale
A pale ale with an explosion of exotic hop aromas, with notes of pine and citrus. The malt gives body while staying discreet, and a pleasant bitterness gently fades into a mild, sweet aftertaste.

The Shore – Blonde Ale
Soft, delicate and slightly fruity, with moderate alcohol and noble hop varieties that highlight the malt character. Low bitterness makes this a light, easy-drinking beer that pairs well with food or can be enjoyed on its own all year round.

The Stargazer – IPA
An aromatic IPA with floral and citrus notes alongside hints of caramel. Intense hop character brings aromas of peach, orange and tropical guava. Higher alcohol and full flavour, well-balanced between malt sweetness and hop bitterness.

A rich stout, dark in colour with full body and strong aromas of coffee and chocolate coming from roasted malts. Bitterness is moderate, with the hops supporting the complexity of the malt profile.

Bipolar – Berliner Weisse
A Berliner Weisse–style sour beer, characterised by refreshing acidity and fruity aromas. It is fermented with two different yeasts and enriched with apricot and peach juice, resulting in a sour, fruity and very thirst-quenching beer for warmer days.
